Carlo Rambaldi original painting of the beloved character he designed, "E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial". Rambaldi won the Academy Award for Best Visual Effects in 1983 for his incarnation of the lovable homesick alien. Painting on a wooden board is a portrait of the head and trademark long neck of E.T., with highlights in oil crayon in blue, white and yellow. Signed by Rambaldi and dated "81", the year it was filmed. Matted and framed to an overall size of 22.25" x 18.25". Very good to near fine.
