Each is signed, ''Charles Bubba Smith'' and measures 8.5'' x 3.5''; (3) Document signed from 30 May 1986 to establish a sick pay plan in accordance with the IRS. Signed ''Charles Bubba Smith''. Measures 8.5'' x 11''. Bank cancellation marks on CD notes, and expected wear to others. Very good.
