Mugnaini created the pieces for Bradbury's novel, ''The Halloween Kite'' and his short story, ''The Wilderness of Stars''. First pencil sketch depicts a large kite with a round, moon-like object in the sky. Second piece comprises several paneled sketches, with handwritten notes of characters and dialogue on one sheet. First sketch measures 17'' x 14.5''. Uneven left edge, very good. Second sketch measures 36'' x 24''. Very good with a 5.5'' closed tear. Neither piece is signed.
