Check signed by George Gershwin, beloved composer of ''Rhapsody In Blue,'' ''An American In Paris'' and his classic ''Porgy and Bess,'' composed the year he wrote this check. Dated 13 November 1935, check has George Gershwin's name and address printed at top. Made out to Quaker Ridge Golf Club for $10.75. Measures 6.5'' x 2.75'' with bold signature in black ink. With normal bank cancellation perforations, though not affecting signature. Near fine.
