Made of square-cut sapphires topped with a diamond-laden crown and highlighted with diamonds along the lower edges of the ''E''. Measures 2.75'' in total length. Near fine. Provenance from Sotheby's auction of The Jewels of the Duchess of Windsor, held in Geneva on 3 April 1987, lot 178.
