Partly-printed requisition form, circa April 1878, lists supplies for the Seventh Cavalry including, ''Three (3) Stable forks / One (1) Blacksmiths Apron, One (1) Sick Report Book...'' Trimmed at bottom margin and clipped at top corners. Single-page document measures 8.25'' x 7''. Near fine.
