James Monroe document signed as President. Land grant document is dated 1822 and bestows an 80.02 acre parcel in Ohio upon one Elisabeth Tindall. Single-page document on vellum measures 16'' x 10''. Split at bottom edge center and a few small holes to right half. Foxing, toning, creasing and some fading to ink. Very good.
