Trophy was bestowed upon the Hungarian actor for his attainment of sobriety after a longtime addiction to opiates and release from a treatment center in 1955. Award features a brass tone metal statue of a winged woman holding a torch overhead. Sculpture is mounted to a white marble cylinder and a wooden base with plaque affixed to the front reading, ''To / Bela Lugosi / For Meritorious Achievement Which Proves / 'Life Is What You Make It' / Awarded by Kings Men''. Measures 16.25'' in height on a 5.5'' square base. Weighs 5 pounds, 2 ounces. Chipping to wingtips and overall tarnishing and light abrasions, else near fine.
