Original ''In the Heat of the Night'' original United Artists promotional theater poster, numbered 67/246 and produced for display in theaters. The 1967 film won five Academy Awards, including for best picture. Originally poster illustration was done by famed poster artist Paul Crifo and depicts actors Sidney Poitier and Rod Steiger in suspense. Header reads, ''They got a murder on their hands. They don't know what to do with it'' with film title and cast credits below. With fine print along bottom, ''Copyright 1967 United Artists Corporation'' and ''Property of National Screen Service Corp. Licensed for display only in connection with the exhibition of this picture at your theatre. Must be returned immediately thereafter.'' Numbered 67/246 produced. Measures 27'' x 41'' with official film title stamp to verso. Folds throughout, else very good condition.
