Award in the form of a brown leather binder features the ACE logo and Fazan's name in gilt on the front cover. A certificate is set into the inside front cover honoring Fazan. Binder covers a screenplay titled, ''The Cheyenne Social Club'', dated 1969. Measures 9.25'' x 11.5''. Scuffing to exterior and some discoloration or heavy dust to interior. In good condition.
