Marlene Dietrich personally owned ice buckets. One bucket is made of panel cut glass with a gilt band running around the top and articulated cast metal double handles. Measures 5'' in height and 5'' in diameter across the mouth. Weighs 2 pounds, 2 ounces. Some rubbing to gilt rim, else near fine. The second ice bucket is made of planished ''Nickel Silver'' as indicated in a stamp on the underside. Silver-plated bucket features a hinged handle and removable drain piece at the bottom to separate ice from melted water. Accompanied by matching tongs. Bucket measures 5.5'' in height and 5'' in diameter across the mouth. Stamp reads, ''Homan Plate...WMMounts...'' Dates to between the 1880's and 1941. With tongs, weighs 1 pound, 3 ounces. Tarnishing and slightly squared shape to bucket, else near fine. From the estate of Marlene Dietrich.
