Marlene Dietrich's own sterling silver make-up compact. Case opens on a hinge to reveal a mirror and compartment for pressed powder. Bed of powder compartment features a brushed metal surface with circular pattern. Make-up has all been removed but screen and applicator square remain. With Sterling mark to underside. Dates to the mid-20th Century. Measures 2.75'' x 2.5'' x 0.5''. Weighs 3 ounces or 68 grams. Light surface scratching. Near fine. From the estate of Marlene Dietrich.
