Inscribed along left side, ''To Jack -- Best of luck in your Future, on the Ground and in the Space above.'' Signed ''M. Collins'' with an underline beneath it. Glossy photo measures 8'' x 10'' with significant curling to edges and toning to mat, else near fine. With an LOA from Swigert's sister.
