NASA badge issued to Jack Swigert for Apollo 17, the last of the Apollo missions. Swigert didn't pilot Apollo 17 but was likely trained as an alternate. Printed badge on blue paper has Swigert's name printed under the NASA logo at center and the mission title stamped in black ink. Text to verso reads, ''...This badge may be kept as a souvenir upon completion of operation...'' Measures 4'' x 2.5''. Period lamination and a hole punch at the top. Some separation to lamination, else near fine. With an LOA from the Swigert estate.
