Jack Swigert personally owned, custom-crafted single ear piece from the Apollo 13 mission. Swigert served as Command Module Pilot on the flight, which narrowly escaped disaster when an explosion on the spacecraft forced the crew to turn back. Light green translucent ear piece features a metal ring around the opening on one side, with a channel through the center and opening on reverse. The letter ''R'' is lightly engraved, indicating piece fits the right ear. Measures 1''. Near fine. With an LOA from Jack Swigert's estate.
