Joe Frazier's passport, issued on 15 December 1978. Personal passport is numbered ''J3226522'' and is signed twice by the heavyweight champion. The first ''Joseph Frazier'' signature appears to bottom of p.3 beneath his printed personal information, including birthplace in South Carolina and. P.4 has Frazier's official passport photo, also signed along left edge, ''Joseph Frazier.'' Photo bears an embossed State Department seal over top portion. One of the inside pages bear official visa stamps from London dated 21 December 1978. Passport measures 3.5'' x 5'' with a cancellation stamp over personal information page. Near fine condition.
