''Hayes'', ''bullets'' and ''the fat lady sings'' appear on one side, with the NBA logo and ''1978'' appearing on the other. Inside is stamped ''Balfour 14K'' along with his ''E.E.H'' initials engraved. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by Hayes. Obtained directly from Hayes.
