Frank Sinatra typed letter signed to fellow Rat Pack member Peter Lawford, dated 8 January 1961. Here, Sinatra agrees to permit a performance of his to be reproduced for a Democratic Party benefit. Reads in part, ''I understand that the producer of the 'Pre-Inaugural Gala' of January 19, 1961 in connection with the inauguration of President Kennedy, you recorded and reproduced my appearances and performances...As an inducement to you to proceed with much uses I agree that you may make and permit others to use the above uses of all or part of such footage...'' Signed clearly, ''Frank Sinatra'' at close. Single page letter is near fine.
