Signature of Henry Harley Arnold, signed ''HH Arnold'' as General of the Army and Commanding General of the U.S. Army Air Forces, both five-star ranks. Signature appears on the cover of a program for a military dinner held in his honor on 14 February 1946 in Philadelphia. Program features an excellent page-long biography of Arnold and its cover bears gilt insignia at the top and bottom. Bound with blue and yellow braided cord topped with a tassel. Runs 8pp. and measures 7.5'' x 10.5''. Toning and creasing to front cover, else near fine.
