The players sign their names and also write the team they played with in 1938. From the top down, slip is signed ''Joe Medwick'', ''Roy Spencer Brooklyn'', ''Paul Waner 'Pirates''', ''Lloyd Waner 'Pirates''', ''Lee Rogers 'Red Sox''', ''E. Dickman [ditto sign under Rogers' inscription of Red Sox]'', ''Bob Daughters [ditto under Red Sox]'' and ''Ted Williams [ditto under Red Sox]''. Signatures of ''Joe Cronin'' and ''Al Schacht'' (3rd base coach) appear on verso with an ink notation reading ''Boston Red Sox''. Measures 5'' x 6.75''. Toning and punch holes to top edge, else near fine.
