Vonnegut's book, inspired by his experience as a survivor of the fire bombing of Dresden during WWII, runs 173pp. Bound in toffee colored leather boards with ribbed spine, gilt lettering and all edges gilt. Interior features peach silk moire endpapers and a satin page marker. Measures 6.5'' x 9''. Subtle fading to edges of endpapers. Near fine.
