Eleanor Roosevelt signed first edition of her memoir, ''This I Remember'', published by Harper Brothers: New York: 1949. The front free endpaper is signed ''Eleanor Roosevelt'' in blue ink. Photo-illustrated book focuses on Roosevelt's experience as First Lady, the lengthiest of any, from 1933 to 1945. Memoir runs 387pp. and measures 6.5'' x 9.5''. Bound in blue cloth boards. Sunning to exterior, especially backstrip, fabric loss to board corners and stain to front board. Good to very good condition.
