Document signed ''Clark Gable'' as executor of Carole Lombard's estate. Just three years after marrying her, Gable settles his late wife's final bill with the Canyon Cleaners in the amount of $42.15. Lombard died in a plane crash at age 33. Signature appears on a 3.5'' x 8.5'' panel, part of a 14'' x 8.5'' sheet with 4 separate partially-printed segments. The cleaners' invoice to Lombard is stapled to the signed document. Separation to folds at edges and toning. Near fine overall.
