Includes original receipt sent by Eddie Bauer, Catalog Division, Seattle Washington, to his home: ''John Wayne / 2868 Bayshore Dr / Newport Beach, CA 92663'' and is postmarked 25 May 1979. Additionally includes photocopy of a return merchandise invoice for three Emergency Thermal Blankets sold to ''John Wayne / 9570 Wilshire Blvd / #400 / Beverly Hills CA 90212'' and shipped to the same Newport Beach address.
