Queen Victoria is the longest-reigning Royal in British history and longest-reigning queen in recorded world history. Partially printed invitation bears a gilt feather design at the top and reads in full, ''To celebrate the Diamond Jubilee of Her Majesty's Reign. The Comptroller of the Household is desired by Their Royal Highnesses The Prince and Princess of Wales to invite W G Gull to dinner on Tuesday, June 22nd 1897 at 12:30 o'clock in Sandringham Park, after the open air Commemoration Service which will be held outside Sandringham Church at Twleve o'clock.''
