Aperitif glass personally owned by Franklin Roosevelt. Trumpet glass with facet cut stem features an etched U.S. Navy seal and "USN". Measures 4.5" in total height. Near fine condition. Originally obtained by Roosevelt from the Department of the Navy's sale of the set, as he served in the position of assistant secretary of the Navy under Woodrow Wilson during WWI. Glass remained in FDR's possession until his death, after which it was sold in the James Roosevelt estate auction at Christie's.
