Design features a white center with cobalt blue rim adorned with a gilt Presidential seal and gilt edge, with rings of brick red and gilt encircling the center. Measures 7.5" in diameter. Manufacturers stamp on the verso in gilt reads, "White House Service / by Robert C. Floyd, Inc. / Fine China / 1983". Fine.
