Bust portrait photo of Harding looking serious and somewhat stern bears Harding's autograph inscription to the border at the bottom, reading in full, "To Judge Harvey C. Smith / with cordial extensions of both personal / and political regards. Sincerely / WG Harding". Matte photo bears the blind stamp of photographer Edmonston, Washington at bottom center. Measures 9.5" x 12.75". Toning, light wear, and fading and slight smudging to signature and to the judge's name. Overall very good.
