General Dwight D. Eisenhower used plate from his attendance at the 5 July 1945 meeting held by the Allies in Berlin to discuss the division of Germany after its defeat in WWII. White plate features four flags in full color on its rim - the United States, Great Britain, France and Russia. A red stripe outlines the edge. Near fine.
