Slip signed ''Thomas Andrews'' by the builder of the ill-fated RMS Titanic. Slip is clipped from a larger document and includes Andrews' autograph inscription, ''Yours very truly''. Andrews was on board the Titanic when it struck the iceberg and did not survive the sinking of his ship. Measures 3.25'' x 1.25''. Mounted to paper to an overall size of 3.75'' x 2.75''. Mat shows foxing and an irregular top edge, with signed slip trimmed slightly irregularly along the bottom edge, else near fine.
