Partially printed land grant bestows a portion of land to ''Caleb & Owen Foulk, William Chancellor & John Davis a certain Tract of land called 'Hampshire' situate in Hains Township.'' Signed ''Tho. Mifflin'' at upper left margin. Vellum document on one page measures 20.75'' x 11'' with some minor toning and wear to intact paper seal at upper left. Else very good.
