Group photo of the 1959 meeting of Civil Service Internees signed, ''Harry Truman''. The names of the other men in the photo have been inscribed over each of their heads by an unknown hand. Philip Brooks has also signed the photo at the right edge. A typed label is affixed to verso bearing the date as 12 March 1959 and naming each person present and the organization they represented. Matte photo measures 10'' x 8''. Numerical pencil notation and affixed sheet to verso. Very good.
