Kennedy was slated to give the speech at his Texas Welcome Dinner, but was assassinated earlier in the day. Runs 8 pages. Accompanied by the business card for Stanley Marcus of Neiman-Marcus. Bound in blue paper covers with crimson lettering. Measures 8.5'' x 11.25''. Creasing and staining to cover, else near fine. With an LOA from Justice Arthur J. Goldberg, whom Kennedy appointed to the Supreme Court and also Kennedy's Secretary of Labor.
