The signatures of all Mercury 7 astronauts upon a single card. Card is signed, ''John A. Glenn, Jr.'', ''Virgil I. Grissom'', ''M. Scott Carpenter'', ''Donald K. Slayton'', ''Leroy Cooper Jr'', ''Alan B Shepard'' and ''Walter M. Schirra Jr''. An inscription by an unknown hand, possibly Glenn's, at the top reads, ''Best regards to Trey from the Mercury Astronauts''. At the bottom, card is dated 27 July 1961 and labeled, ''Bellerive Country Club''. Measures 7.25'' x 7.75''. Nicely mounted and framed to an overall size of 12.5 '' x 13''. Toning and some fading to the signatures except for Cooper's and Shepard's, else near fine.
