Conrad Viedt screen worn trousers from ''Casablanca''. Viedt starred as Major Heinrich Strasser, Humphrey Bogart's foe, in the WWII drama, widely considered one of the greatest films of all time. Ironically, Veidt was known in German theatrical circles as a staunch anti-Nazi. Ivory color trousers custom tailored by Hollywood costumer United Costumes bear Viedt's name inscribed on the label. Trousers are an approximate size 35 x 34 and feature a button fly and buttons for attaching suspenders. Soiling, else near fine.
