Script for ''The Three Musketeers'', MGM's 1948 version starring Lana Turner and Gene Kelly. Vintage screenplay is credited on the front cover to Robert Ardrey and ''OKayed by'' Mr. [Pandro] Berman. A foreword describes the characters as follows, in part: ''...these medieval men do not think; they act...the shrewdness and the philosophy are qualities of instinct and sentiment, not intellect. We are dealing with the last gay impetuous figures of the middle ages...'' Runs 145pp. Measures 8.5'' x 11''. Bound with brads. Toning to leaves and creasing and chipping to detached covers, which are reattached with staples, else near fine.
