Award features a pewter colored medal bearing an image of a television camera and lights, surrounded by text, ''National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences / Salutes / Nat 'King' Cole / Television's 25th Anniversary / 1947-1972''. Cole, musician and host of his own variety show, passed away in 1965. Diameter of the medal measures 4.5'', mounted to a 7'' square wooden plaque with built-in stand. Some tarnishing to medal and scuffing to wood, else near fine.
