Original movie title art filmed in the opening of the 1955 musical film ''Oklahoma!''. Striking lettering is hand-painted on a pane of glass in two shades of red with a thin white outline. Paint on the lower half of the letters is raised, lending a three-dimensional look to the title, and three dots of contrasting red adorn the top half of each letter. Pane is framed against a slate grey background and protected by a clear outer layer. Measures 33.5'' x 23.5''. Slight imperfections to fine white outline of letters. Original movie title artworks superior to this have sold for up to almost $200,000 each at Profiles in History. Near fine.
