Hank Williams 1952 Signature -- Rare Signature Shortly Before His 1953 Death

Country music legend Hank Williams signs this bank receipt after depositing a check for $1500 dollars dated 16 June 1952. He signs ''H Hank Williams'' on the bank receipt for Third National Bank in Nashville Tennessee. At the time of signing, a year before his death, Williams was struggling with addiction. Just a few months after banking this check he was fired from the Grand Ole Opry for habitual drunkenness. Document measures 3.5'' x 6.75'' and has a minor tear in the top right, else near fine.
