Neil Armstrong twice signed LIFE Magazine pages. The late astronaut inscribes the cover of the 8 August 1969 issue, which features Apollo 11 as the cover story: ''Best wishes / To Jill & Ted Lee / Deborah, Dana, Michael & Teddy / Neil Atg / Apollo 11''. He also adds his autograph inscription to the top of page 18 within. It reads in full: ''It's a bright but quiet spot - / I think you'd like it a lot - / Neil A''. The cover and pages 18-19 are mounted to paper board to an overall size of 30.75'' x 14''. Toning, else near fine. A rare personal commentary on a moon location by Armstrong. With PSA/DNA COA.
