Prestigious award was presented to ''In The Shadow of The Moon'', based on NASA's Apollo moon-landing program, as one of the top 5 documentaries of 2007. The NBR was founded in 1909, nearly twenty years before the Oscars' parent organization, to circumvent government censorship of the new movie medium. Award is a concave sheet of beveled glass, printed with the organization's logo and customized for the film it honors. Measures 7.25'' x 6''. Fine.
