Clifford Roberts, chairman of the Masters Tournament and chairman of the Augusta National Golf Club, signs a memorandum, dated 29 March 1959, on Augusta National Golf Club letterhead. The document, spelling out 1959 Masters Tournament guidelines for Charles Kocsis, is signed ''Clifford Roberts'' as Chairman of the Masters Tournament Committee. The 2pp. letter, typed on two 8.5'' x 11'' stapled sheets, is in fine condition.
