Addressed to a Gilbert Daniels, Esq., letter on Roosevelt's personal Metropolitan New York stationery reads in full: ''I thank you for sending me those editorials. It was very good of you to think of me.'' Signed, ''T. Roosevelt'' in black ink. Accompanied by a typed letter signed by Roosevelt's assistant, Frank Harper, to the same individual, dated 25 April 1912. Roosevelt signed letter runs 1pp. and measures 8.5'' x 11''. Toning and creasing, else near fine.
