White House china plate from the Reagan administration. Elegant ivory color dinner plate with heavy black rim features a gilt presidential seal at the top and star-patterned gilt edge. Underside bears the maker's mark of Castleton Studios. A pinhead-sized flaw to the top edge of the seal has undergone expert repair, else near fine.
