The verso is stamped ''Acme Pictures'' and ''Property of The News Library'' dated 11 October 1932, during Hoover's Presidency. Hoover's time in office was struck with difficulty as the Wall Street Crash of 1929 hit America just 8 months after he was sworn in. Sepia photo measuring 7.5'' x 9.75'' has creasing across image and edges. Small tear to left edge. Overall in good plus condition.
