Four page handwritten letter from Unabomber Ted Kaczynski, dated 4 March 2010, who prints his full name on the front of letter and signs, ''Ted Kaczynski'' on page 4. He complains about inconsistent enforcement of prison rules on receiving photocopies in the mail. Then, concerned about nuclear waste, he writes: ''...we can look forward...to a world in which radioactive contamination will be practically everywhere...'' Two 8.5'' x 13'' sheets are in fine condition. Envelope with Florence, Colorado, prison return address is near fine.
