Kurt Vonnegut signed ''Fates Worse Than Death / An Autobiographical Collage of the 1980's.'' Easton Press: Norwalk: 1991. The science fiction hero signs ''Kurt Vonnegut'' in giant letters with blue ink to the fly-leaf. Elaborate signed edition bound in brown leather boards with 22-karat gilt design and a ribbed spine. Leather backstrip is khaki green. All edges gilt with pale pink silk moire endpapers and a white ribbon bookmark sewn into the binding. Fine.
