First Editions of ''Sylvie & Bruno'' and ''Sylvie and Bruno Concluded'' by Lewis Carroll

Lewis Carroll's final works before his death ''Sylvie and Bruno'' and ''Sylvie and Bruno Concluded'' first editions. MacMillan & Co., London & New York: 1889 & 1893 respectively. Illustrated by Harry Furniss and bound in red cloth boards with gilt lettering and ribbed spines. All edges gilt. A red cloth and leather slipcase houses both books, and comes with additional red cloth wrap-around board protectors. The first volume runs 400pp. and its sequel 423pp. Slipcase is very good and the books are in near fine condition.
