Garner played Anna McDoogles opposite Ricky Gervais in the quirky film about a world in which lying is impossible. Costume includes a sleeveless brown dress with a white collar, with ''Akris'' and Bergdorf Goodman labels in size 4, and a ''Prada'' brand leather belt, also size 4. Near fine condition.
