Che Guevara signs a certificate as Minister of Industries, one of his many positions of power in the Cuban economy. This Honorable Mention certificate in Spanish singles out a worker as a March 1962 outstanding employee for increasing production. As Guevara had abolished pay raises, workers who exceeded their quota received a certificate instead of increased pay. Guevara signs, ''Che'' above his printed name and inside an embossed seal imprinted by the Cuban government. Soiling, creasing and chipping to 16.75'' x 12'' certificate. Fully intact document displays well, in good condition.
